REFUND/ RETURN POLICY

1. Register first to buy

  • User need to register in the “User Registration” Menu before buying and checkout

2. Payment

  • All payment will be made via bank in transfer to our bank account and we will proceed with confirmation

3. Goods sold are not refundable, returnable, or exchangeable unless there is a valid reason

  • However we make an exception to any special case like accidentally purchase error, the item does not arrive, or any other thing. Please contact us and we will try to look into it and solve it. Please email us or contact our social media message if the problem occurred
  • We also have warranty for 2 weeks for each product just in case something happened

Products sold are guaranteed to be fresh upon delivery.

For faulty products, kindly provide:

1) Photo Evidence
2) Documentation of purchase
3) Contact us at +6012-8996095 within 24 hours for a return authorization form

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected supporting evidence materials and understanding the chronology of handling the product , and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
